Bake That Bacon

Imagine cooking bacon without a splatter screen...without grease popping onto your clothes...without a new perfume permeating your skin - eau de bacon. There's an easy way to achieve this. Bake it!

...popped in the oven for 30 minutes at 300 degrees...

Now of course this method takes much longer than frying it up on the stove, but it is totally and utterly worth it. The juices permeate the meat so much more when it is cooked at a low temperature for a longer period of time. Give it a try, I promise you won't regret it.

  2. Try coating your bacon in brown sugar. When it comes out of the oven it is carmelized and a savory sweet bacon goodness.
