Cathy's Margarita Pizza

My mother-in-law made these delicious little pizzas last week so I called her up and asked her how they were done! These little personal size pizzas are great for lunch or dinner and taste professionally made. The secret ingredient? Naan bread (found in any grocery store).


Ingredients:
-Parmesan Reggiano (fresh and shredded)
-Fresh Mozzarella
-Fresh Tomatoes
-Fresh Basil
(pesto works great too)
-Olive Oil
-Naan Bread
(secret ingredient)



Step 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2. Brush naan bread with olive oil. Layer the ingredients, like this (envision the follow list to be a beautiful diagram with pictures and arrows):

mozzarella
parmesan
basil
tomato
olive oil
naan
Step 3. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, let cool briefly and enjoy! (tip: even though this is called a Margarita Pizza for the ingredients, I recommend drinking a Margarita while eating this - it makes sense, right?)
